General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Confidentiality Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all personal data that the Moscow law firm “Petukhov and Partners” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) may receive from a user (a person who has filled out the feedback form, using other services on the official web-site www.petukhov.pro (hereinafter referred to as the Web-site), in particular when sending feedback or queries, participating in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions, and/or other interaction (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

By filling out feedback forms and clicking the Submit button located on the pages of the Web-site where feedback forms are posted, as well as when specifying own personal data when using other services of the Web-site, the user agrees with this Policy and the terms of processing and transfer of own personal data specified therein.
