General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Confidentiality Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all personal data that the Moscow law firm “Petukhov and Partners” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) may receive from a user (a person who has filled out the feedback form, using other services on the official web-site www.petukhov.pro (hereinafter referred to as the Web-site), in particular when sending feedback or queries, participating in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions, and/or other interaction (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
1.2. By filling out feedback forms and clicking the Submit button located on the pages of the Web-site where feedback forms are posted, as well as when specifying own personal data when using other services of the Web-site, the user agrees with this Policy and the terms of processing and transfer of own personal data specified therein. The User's consent to the provision, processing and transfer of own Personal data to the Company in accordance with the Policy is complete and unconditional.
1.3. Visitors of the Web-site should refrain from filling out the form and/or using other services of the Web-site in case of disagreement (full or partial) with the Policy, as well as disagreement to provide personal data.
1.4. 1.7. For specific Services provided by the Company, the Company may publish additional provisions that supplement this Policy.

2. Personal data of users that the Company receives and processes.
2.1. For the purposes of this Policy, the user’s personal data means:
2.1.1. Personal data that the user provides on their own when filling out the feedback form on the Web-site. Relevant information is clearly marked. This includes, in particular: last name, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, contact phone number. Other information is provided by the user at own discretion.
2.2. The Company assumes that the user provides reliable personal data.
2.3. The Company assumes that the user has the right to provide Personal data.

3. Yandex.Metrika
3.1. We use the Yandex.Metrika service to collect information about the use of the Web-site, such as the frequency of visits of the Web-site by users, pages visited and sites that users visited before going to this Web-site. Yandex.Metrika collects only the IP addresses assigned to you on the day you visited this Web-site, but not your name or other identifying information.
